I grew up watching Mork and Mindy. Growing up in Boulder it was a show that held some interest. The house they used for the show was just a couple miles from me. Near Pearl Street.

Pearl Street Mall was fun as a kid, but as an adult, I can't help but look at all the weirdos. Tom's Tavern is a great regular place for me when I visit. They still remember me from way back when I was a kid.

Yeah Pearl Street and Boulder in general used to be a whole lot cooler than it is now.

It is kinda spooky how small the world can be at times. 6 degrees bro...

Boulder is what happens when a bunch of old hippies realized that they were bullshi*^ing themsleves, went and sold their souls to the corporations bought beemers and Mercs and now feel bad about their empty little lives. So they decide to make laws to make sure everyone is just about as unhappy.

I still go by when I am home just to see the old haunts and long for MallCrawls of years past. Though in truth I don't think I will ever move back to Boulder. Maybe when our generation is running things but not before then.
