I remove the stock Fender and installing a aftermarket carbon fender. Problem is I cannot get the rear portion of the fender through the space between the forks.

Is anyone else had this issue trying to fit another Fender even the stock Fender back on? What do I have to do remove the fork leg?

I just push it together with my hands and squeeze between the legs. It’s tight fit on a genII also. Not sure if someone has a batter way.

I got it in by squeezing it really good towards the rear to get it to fit through. I also taped it up with blue masking tape so it wouldn't get scratched as its carbon fiber.

Aeros as in dynamics. Yeah, mine is tight too, Seems like there's something wrong but just squeeze it a bit. Placing a thin cloth over it sounds like a god idea.
