I had a pic to show that had the browse circled... but it won't upload.

Anywho, click browse when you go to post...

If the photo take more than 5 sec to load up, the file size is to big and you will need to resize it using a photo editor (photoshop or somthing similar) or reset you camera format size to a smaller size when taking photos for uploading to website.
