How do i tune my suspension?

I have a 09 Hayabusa and being a heavy guy (280 plus) i feel like my suspension should be stiffer, is there any video on how to adjust and how should i set mine up for a heavy guy? couldnt find anything in the search.

There is a video, but at your weight you'll probably run out of adjustment. You might even find a local shop that will help you adjust it. I hear $35. I'll see if I can find it.

Click on advanced search and look for thread titles with " suspension " there's a ton of threads. Going to see if I can locate the vid on youtube for you.
