Hayabusa exhaust

Does anyone know of a full exhaust system for the GSX1300R. I do not want slipons.

Both Acrapovic and Vance and Hines are working on exausts for Hayabusa.

If U want the ultimate , go for the Acrapovic ( if the Yanks havent bombed that factory by " mistake " ( on a secret order from Youshimura and Tery Vance .

Contact Lockhart for the Akrapovic, However when I called them a few weeks ago they had one exhaust and NO information at all(performance or delivery date on next batch)

D@D has a 4 into 1 and maybe 4 into 1 into 2 as well. Guy at D@D said the 4 into 1 had a weight advantage over the Duals but mabe the Busa look "nekkid " on the left side. My GSXRs look ok on that side...the Busa should too. Rep on the phone said to expect Dynos and testing on complete D@D headers to start in about 3 to 6 weeks......i'll be waiting and working some overtime...$$

Spoke to Yosh today they are shipping my full race high pipe Ti system thursday. Installation will be with the Yosh fuel control to remap the fuel injection. Last I knew Akrapovic caught an A-10 attack. Now we are 23lbs lighter and with an extra 8hp.
Do you think plastic cut outs of ZX11's, XX's, and R-1's stuck on the side of the body work can show the road kill repectfully.

Suzuki stock US spec. exhaust weighs 32lbs.
Yoshimura titanium with carbon canister weighs 9 lbs. $1675
Yoshimura stainless weighs 14lbs. and priced about $800 plus or minus depending on canister choice aluminum, titanium, carbon.

Akropovic stainless sold by Lockhart sells at 800+ and price is determined by canister choice of either carbon or titanium.With a war going on who can guess about delivery. Lockhart has no data on this product other than a part number. Most Hayabusa product in lockharts cataloge is still in production and unavailable and they do not know when it will be.

Yoshimura is filling orders based upon a waiting list generated about 6 weeks ago.

I put on 2-Bros Carbon cans. Ordered on a Thursday, got them then next Wednesday. Did not want to wait for Yosh or anyone else. Only saved 9 lbs. but sounds much better. I did change the f/i settings with a Yosh box as much backpressure was relieved. The quality of 2-Bros was much better than my 4-1 RS-3 carbon my old 96 GSXR1100.

No one has 4-1 yet.....give them a month or so. When they hit the street, I'll give them a look.

jeffw, they do exist, and i got one. wooo hoooo . yoshimura 4 into 1 full system in stainless with titanium canister. had it on order long before the bike even came in. and paid for it. the problem is, yosh can't keep up with demand right now, so, first they are shipping out the backordered ones then they will ship out newer orders as they come in. sorry to disapoint, turns out my order was the first outside of racing companies to get placed. so, i was near the top of the list. have fun guys. it's worth the wait.

well, haven't done any weighing or anything of that sort yet. bike was crashed two and a half weeks ago. (check my sad story on other posts, third one down.) anyway, my hayabusa jacket by vanson came in the other day and it's incredible. i did pick it up. needed it for the other bike anyway. but, as soon as i get it weighed and can weigh the stock exhaust to get comparisons, i'll certainly let you guys know. by the way, i'm having the fuel injection remapped as well. will post dyno run's as well. k & n says it will be august before they have a filter for it. if anyone has any ideas for other filters that may be ready sooner, please let me know. i'll by both. what the heck, it's nice to compare on a dyno. have fun. will be back after the holidays.
