All rumour thus far...

I've heard that Performance Bikes Magazine (UK) have done an article on a Hayabusa.

Apparently (again rumour), they've put a turbo on it, and want to take it up to 250mph. Gonna try and pick up a copy tomorrow and see what they're on about.

250mph, on anything but an aeroplane seems a tad on the fast side to me, we shall see.

It can be done. However, I don't think a few editors from a bike mag can do for the sake of a article. Yancy's bike went 260 at maxton last month.

I love PB....hilarious writers...

I'm sure they'd try to get the Busa to go that fast....

Got hold of a copy of Performance Bikes, well just browsed through it. Not a great deal in there, they're just announcing their plans.

Basically... they're gonna add a monster turbo to a pretty much stock Busa. Hoping to produce 700bhp, jeez. That said, they have no plans to extend the swingarm, or put a bigger wheel/tyre on the back so I'm thinking they may struggle to deliver that sort of power.

More next month (with pics)
