Anyone know where to find a fuel tank grab handle for a gen 3 tank bolt pattern? Gen 2 doesn't fit I cut it up and drilled some holes to fit but it can only use 2 of the 4 holes, ended up cracking due to lack of support and 400hp

I had a grab bar on my old Gsxr from PSR. I tried to order one from them for my 2023 Hayabusa and they didn't have it. Emailed them and they said they would be making one. Emailed them later again after months and they said they wouldn't be making one. That was over a year ago. Only two I have been able to find are from Puig or A-sider. I went ahead and purchased the Asider version. It comes from Italy. Here's the website: Speedmania - Ricambi e Accessori Moto, Motocicli e Scooter
I paid $131.31 euros and $39.16 euros for Shipping. $194.48 US dollars total. It shipped through DHL fast and arrived within 5 days. Best price I have found for it besides ebay or other online retailers. Great quality and glad I bought it. My girl loves it when we go riding. Anyways here is some pics.

Sorry but that looks really dangerous in the event of a front end collision.
Your “undercarriage” will hit that thing as you slide forward adding to your injuries.

Lol yeah I'm sure if my "undercarriage" hit it I would. I don't plan on it happening though. I had one on my other bike for 7 years and no issues.

True. Everyone has their own tastes. I didn't install them on my bike for esthetics though. I installed them for my girl when she rides with me. The tank bar is nice sometimes especially when I'm taking off or downshifting for her. The factory rear grab bar is about useless for a passenger. It just like tank bags or rear storage trunks I personally think are ugly but they have a purpose.

Also by the way found out the Puig is the A-Sider just sold under the Puig brand name. So buy the A-Sider since it is the same.

yeah in all these pics you can clearly see it says "a-sider" on it. more of the usual reselling bullshit, although i feel as though puig doesnt do that, at least in this case, so it would mean just certain websites are being shady. they removed the silkscreening and just market it under that name, since no one knows who the hell a-sider is, heh.

in fact, if you go to a-sider.com you can download a pdf of all their handles so you get the correct model number for this bike blahblah aaaaaand.. where do you order the damn part from? cant order directly from them? doesnt seem to be an e-commerce site at all. i'll check speedmania though.

I thought the same thing at first. A-Sider was just a copy of Puig. But it's surprisingly the opposite. If you look on the puig website and actually look at the manufacturer stamping mark on it, it says A-Sider. The handles are made in Spain. Who knows, Puig might own A-Sider or vice versa. But they are definitely the same thing. A-SIDER offers two different color options though. Black and a silver version. I also notice Puig shows the black base and handle. Mine is a silver base and black handle.
