Engine Is Out, Case Is Split, What Mods To Do?

So I had to pull the engine and split the case to replace the clutch pushrod seal, and more importantly, have the gears undercut due to slipping 2nd gear.

While I have the engine out and case split (rest of the engine is still assembled), what mods/fixes/upgrades should I do?

Street ridden bike, never been to the track, mostly used as a commuter, ridden moderately hard when the road opens up.

'02 Limited Edition, mostly stock, apx. 15K miles on the clock.

i put a solid pushrod in the transmission from brock.

Hd output shaft
Pistons rods then turbo

You'd have to search for it but they do a piston / cam mod that gets you over 200 ponies that's pretty cheap and reliable.
