hey how about a 1 up on this great little deal... a reverse logo on the grill, you lay your steak on that red hot sucker and brand your steak.. (gotta be in reverse of course)

They make branding irons for branding steaks already, just incorporate it into this product..

What material are the bars made of? I want to get one but it would be for a custom built grill and at the price, it has got to last or the better half will "Grill" me...
