Hello everyone - first post and it's not a happy one! Can anyone help shed some light on this. I have a 99 Busa and it's completely standard. Has been running just fine until recently. After a 15 minute ride, I pulled up and noticed that the bike wasn't doing what I wanted it to, namely, it continued to pull even with the throttle completely shut off. I pulled in the clutch and I found that the engine was idling at 3000rpm and sounded really rough. After a quick blip of the throttle it settled back down to its usual 1200rpm idle speed. I have also noticed that power delivery on acceleration does not seem as smooth as it was and that when changing gear and re-opening the throttle, the bike seems to be very on/off with the gas. Any ideas? Any help really appreciated on this.
