What brake pads are y'all using and where did you buy them from? I've been thinking about going to EBC.

EBC HH pads on all 3 bikes. I just order from whoever has the best price usually.

You got very good Stylemas on your Gen 3 , so you could even use a pad good enough for racing like z04 Brembo pad . But any good named manufacturer's HH series pads will be good for street use .

Just ordered a bunch of the SBS DS-2s

SBS : Racing Dual Sinter 841DS-2 Brake Pads [777-0841092]

I am trying to get some DS-1s as well as you can mix and match left and right for progression tuning.

I am not sure what to do about the rear though when keeping the TC and ABS etc in place. I went for the SBS LS.. Are there better matched options for the DS fronts?

Street pads with more bite and stopping power than regular HH pads.

Not sure that they do the 419s in an EPFA, just an FA HH. The 447s (front) come in in an EPFA HH compound but not the rear as far as I can see.

I've not seen Extreme Pro's for the rear of any bike.

Same here. Been using the Extreme Pro compound for the last 15 years. They are pricey but the extra bite on the fronts is worth it.

The extreme pro compound has a bit more bite to the pad than a normal HH pad even when hot.

I've not seen Extreme Pro's for the rear of any bike.

I ended up using a mixture of DS1 and DS2 SBS pads on the front. Very predicable with a slight progression as they heat. Might look at just DS1s for a bit more initial bite and linearity next time.
