on the tire without altering the structural integrity of the tire itself? Is Goof-Off or similar chemicals to harsh? Although time consuming and tedious, these paint pens stick fairly well.

I'm not sure i understand what your asking... do you want to remove paint or apply it? I've used the paint markers before to color in the letters on the side walls... yes its tedious but it gives a different look. I thought about doing it to my new qualifiers but decided against it... a buddy of mine did it to his ZX-12 and it looked nice!

Best bet is when you order the tires and when you got the tires in your hand is the best time to do...

I would try centrifigal force. Spin 'em real fast and see if the paint can hang on
