ALT/PRT SCR will put it in your clipboard, then you can paste it in Microsoft Picture or some other similar application and save it...post it up as a jpg...

I use TEXTPAD; Google it - it's shareware and works great as well...

OR....take a picture of your screen with the old digital camera
