Airbox mod or not?

I have my break-in complete and have a bunch of goodies to install. Micron pipe, PC3 with a map from Jonnycheese, and a BMC air filter.
Jonny has not logged on in last 3 weeks, so I'm looking for your advise.
Should I do the airbox mod now since bike is down or wait to see if it is needed? I have no idea which map Jonny loaded to my PC3.

Done. With BMC installed.

With flapper cut in a circle to cover the hole. The red is high temp RTV silicon sealent.
