1300cc Busa car engine

My plan is to build the 1300cc engine this year and build a big cube monster for next year! (funds permiting)
Do you Guys know of any NEW Busa engines and how much do they cost? I like the idea of starting from new!
I bought one on eBay but I have had issues getting it of the company nearly 12 months of emails........

I have contacted the Police in Henderson and they have called on the person and explained its Money or engine or they will have a charge against them.
