08 suspension settings?

Has anybody seen any articles or have any ideas on the suggested front and settings of the suspension for and K8? ie rebound, compression, spring etc

Ok here they are. From the april Issue of sport rider magazine. Front-spring preload-6 turns out from full stiff. rebound damping-4 clicks out from full stiff. compression damping-7 clicks out from full stiff. Rear- spring preload-6mmthread showing. rebound damping-10 clicks out from full stiff. compression damping-8 clicks out from full stiff. Hope this helps.

Suspension settings are not a set thing, they are meant to be changed as conditions warrant.  But finding someone who weighs close to what you weigh and rides like you ride will be close.

Settings out of a mag aren't much help.

Set your sag, then experiment with rebound and compression.

Their suspension settings weren't even close to what I have. With .85 fork springs on a bike that weighs in at nearly 600 pounds is just not enough spring IMO. Compression works decent but not enough rebound adjustment.

Rear shock is not great but tolerable.

Charles, I would guess you have upgraded your suspenion? What have you added/done to improve suspension performance?
