What's a sky lift? Here you go lower footpegs. I've been using these for years and they will fit 2022.

I’m loving mine, got about 1500 miles on it so far, not as many as I wish but I have 5 other bikes and sxs’s”so I split my time up on different stuff. 4th busa and by far my favorite, waiting for the ecu to get cracked and I’ll do Brocks and some other things, not doing a pipe without a tune.

I have 1k miles on mine and just looking forward to unleashing the full potential of this modern marvel soon... now that my lightning has 500hp and goes almost 160 the busa feels slow but least she's comfy now lol but I know it's because she's all corked up, I've never had a motorcycle without aftermarket big 3 so it's different.

Done 9000 km so far.
1) Riding position, although a little streched, is rather good for aerodynamic coverage and feel of the front tire. Put the OEM touring screen which gives more space to tuck in, but makes air turbulent when riding with body up. Foot pegs are ok. Hands and legs are nicely wind protected.
2) Weight is felt in parking lot, and in quick alternating bends. In all other situations weight is very well hidden.
3) Suspension is plush and you can ride 400+ km without fatigue. In demanding swift riding you have to adjust both front and rear shocks to harder settings (almost alll the way).
4) Engine is a peach. It is almost a reference engine in terms of power delivery, that all other bikes should be compared to. Soft and progresive in low rpm, full of usable torque in the midrange, and powerful enough in high rpm (although a more exciting rush is needed from a future ECU flash). Consumption is very good for a 264 kg bike with 1340 cc displacement making 177 PS wheel horsepower. Average consumption in spirited riding is 7 l/100km. (Within legal limits is 5,5 l/100km and max is 9 l/100km)
5) Brakes are way better than my old 2008 Busa. Very strong and without any fading. Feel is good but not up to modern liter bike standards. Brembo Styleema calipers should bite earlier, but I think it is an ABS derived feel. It is a pity there are no adjustments for ABS settings depending on power mode. A little R&D is needed here from Suzuki.
5) The dash is excellent, as well as all controls. Hill hold should be available when in neutral, and even downhill, so you can rest your arms as in BMW bikes.
6) The ride is very refined with minimal noises, soft clutch and positive gear changes, as in a fast limousine. The quickshifter 99% of the time is flawless.
7) Lights are way better than most bikes but not stellar. There is a gap (shadow) between the low and high beam that hides a couple of meters at a distance of 30m. In tight bends at night I struggle to see what is left or right.
8) OEM tires are grippy and warm up fast, inspiring confidence. Their geometry is very slow compared to other sport tires for example Michelin Power 5 or Dunlop TT. So they are not easy in tip in and alternating direction changes. The 50 profile is prehistoric, and should come to 21st century 55 standard.

Loving this thing, unfortunately work has kept me from riding it as much as i'd like and have only been able to put just over 3K miles on it, splitting the riding time with the Speed triple as well
Long comfy rides is what this bike loves to do and even 260 miles in heavy rain is a drama free experience,
the new 200/55 rear tire is working great (handling wise) and with the re-gearing she feels almost stock on the acceleration department and just like everyone else, I'm anxiously waiting for the ECU flash

9000kms already...great that you are getting out on that thing.

Good write up, it's nice to hear how the latest Hayabusa is doing out there in the real world.

Is it from an iPhone?

In his infinite wisdom Steve Jobs decided to mark up/down on the picture file differently from the rest of the known galaxy. Thus only the phone knows the correct up/down of the photo and MS Windows, the web, etc. may not identify it correctly.

The most successful method is to try to remember to physically orient the phone with the top up and bottom down when you take pictures. You could put a note on the back of the phone labeling the top and bottom to help. Otherwise you may have to flip the photo orientation after transferring the file and seeing the problem.

I am unsure of how the portrait mode works (phone sideways) and if it cares, so people would have to test that with regards to the above. My guess is that the same applies and there is a preferred "up" for the hardware but I am not positive of this.
