I have the same basic setup...also have a BMC race filter and plugged the hose on the pair valve. No airbox mods other than ramair seals. My bike showed 172 hp and 99.50 lb ft of torque. He said the corrected hp figure was 168. Something doesn't seem right with your numbers.
Yup...been there done that. Something got inside my shirt while riding. Stung me about 5 times. Pulled over but never saw it. Started havin a hard time breathing, but recovered after a few minutes.

Have had one for about 5 months....love it. I have the trailer mounting kit as well on my new trailer. I'll be using it to trailer my bike next week for the first time.
