the crack was on the nose fairing in the back by the allen bolt,just below it on the 90 degree area tying into the side fairing.

If you are refering to Goodtimes as the shop and this was a Saturday,that would be me with the stress crack! I wasn't upset because I know warranty covers it and as a Great Dealer they did!

Daniel, my McIntosh arm was off set as well! just got the thing powdercoated and found this out, I sent it back to Terry and he cut and 1/8 off one side up front (bearing area) and I had to space the other side with the difference! Tom
