See i believe its got alot to do with the rider, im 260#s and my buddys 165 both on stock busas with 10inch arms and i smoked him by 2 and have raced stock busas ive stayed with and stock busas that have beat me. lots of advantages and dis-advantages other than motor and gearing

i just like the way they sound for temporary, would like too eventually do a turbo which would obviously eliminate that idea.

It was, but when the weather cooled down, it went down. So I thought it was the thermostat. I took the thermostat out, and it still overheats when it idles....

It was coming out the overflow tube while it was parked and hadn't ran in 3 days. Do you think it could get that hot just sitting in the sun? I checked the clamps and they're all tight.
