Great tutorial. One tip about separating the last pin that pops up and not out. Rather than digging your hands down behind the fairing, just lift the fuel tank. Much easier to then pop the fairing straight up.

Any experience yet starting in cold weather? I had a lithium battery in my old chopper (not a Shorai) and it cranked fine in warm weather, but it was an iffy proposition when the weather dropped below 50 degrees.

Is the measurement to the inside of the pin 1 and 21 or to the outside? There is a half inch difference depending on the answer.

Does the stock chain slack spec apply equally to an extended swingarm? Got about 2.5 inches slack on an 8 inch stretch. I think the slack should be the same regardless of the extension, but thought I would see if someone with a stretched bike could confirm before I tighten it up.
