Rebuilding the master cylinder is a lot easier. If you did the clutch yourself the master cylinder will be no problem. Word of advice whenever bleeding the clutch or the brakes...use a vacuum bleeder it is easier, less headaches and less time consuming.

If it was the fuel filter it will usually bog down in the 7,000 to 10,000 range.

How fresh is the gas? I do not know about where you live, but where I live most the gas stations have ethanol in there gas. The ethanol attracts moisture and water. How does it run in the upper rpm's (7,000-10,000 rpm range)?

If I ride with a group/groups it is American Legion Riders and Patriot Guard Riders since I am a member of both. But I usually ride by myself or with one or two other people (99% of the people I ride a cruiser and not a sport bike). Most of the sport bike riders around here are kids/young adults...
