i never thought of putting a intercooler there....where did ya get that idea? just askin cuz it looks like it might get heat soaked by the motor cuz there isnt much air flow through there??

if youre gunna boost a stock motor be safe about it and get some "insurance". Gary Evens (hes on this site) told me about this.  put in an over boost ignition cut out switch.  http://tinyurl.com/ymvgrv my bike over boosted and killed the motor. wish i knew about this switch last year.... good...

well i just need to swop out motors and find some other type of waste gate now and i'll be back on the road.

never mined, i figured it out sorry....placing the order now.....

i checked out the switch. looks like what i will need but it says "60psi" and it dosnt say anything about being adjustible. before i order it how can i find out if and how i can adjust it?

whats a "hobbs" switch? if i could get my hands on something that shut the motor down in the event of over boost i would be all over that.....
