Hi .org !!! Many of you probably know that i had to leave .org cuz i had to give up my busa cuz dealership conned me into buying illegal bike. But now sun is out and im weeks away from buying me a new BUSA. There r two listed in the area where i live a 2006 red/black with 3400 miles for 7200...

Funny thing was that when they were handing me over the check the guy asked " so do you have a car ? We have great deals going on and you can use this money for down payment " :lol:

Oh yea..i am in love with busa...

So finally yesterday i got my check from the dealership. I was reimbursed for 1. Down Payment 2. Payments Made On Loan 3. Money spent out of pocket for maintenance 4. Insurance So i am sad that she is gone... but its time for new one... Ill be in touch .org .. See you guys soon...

Dealer called and keep saying "Come on in"!!!! Feels like another scam that is about to happen.. last time they said that to me.. i was signing papers of ownership ( SCAM )

Met up with my attorney yesterday and after reading bill of sale and seeing ridiculous charge of SMOG FEE $55.00 and other crap he came to a conclusion that i have a very strong case. It falls under Fraud With Compression... i think thats the term he used.. He told me they cant take the bike...

I know i have to let her go now... but now the big question.. what am i going to replace her with :(

Do you guys think i am entitled to get my insurance money back and other stuff. I paid 500 so far for insurance, 100 for inspection and 100 for oil change the day i bought it. If i cancel my insurance, i will be charged 200 cancellation fee. Paid 120 for m1 test. and all about 300 in engine...

Registration is on dealer not on buyer. thats why you paid registration fee to dealer. I never crashed it

what expenses you think i can get reimbursed for?

What are my rights in this situation? can they repo the bike meanwhile i am getting an attorney opinion or something?

Thats a real pain in the rear that i am gonna have to loose my bike because of their stupidity. the dealer called and said they want it back asap becuase its their bike? i told them no its on my name and i need to consult to my lawyer before i give it to them.

Yea, it was a california dealer. They never told me it was out of state bike during sale. I also see a charge of $55.00 in my bill of sale for smog? they never did any smog or safety inspection, if they did i think they wouldve known its not going to pass.

but how would that be possible. the bike was financed and bank has the title
