I have yet to take the Busa on the track.... I keep a seperate track bike so that I don't, but I have been getting the urge too. I recently changed my rear to a 190/55 and that made handling soooo much better! I highly recommend it for any who haven't done so thus far!

When you roll off then back on, don't roll back on as hard and it will come up, instead of spinning.

5'9" 240, will be around 215 next season... The Busa fits great, got a bad back, so long rides are nice on the Busa. As for the Track bike, SV650, look like monkey F*&^ing a football :poke:

I too like corners, and did some serious scraping on my 02 Busa. I lowered and stretched my 06, so no serious cornering. I now have an 07, stock height that will be lowered and stretched 4" outback. I do however have a GSXR750, which I take out to the track and get my corner jones on there. I...

The pipe is a hindle system..... nice bike. I am on my third Busa, and love them. I have owned an 02 (totaled), 06 (sold due to financials), and now an 07. For me and my riding style, it is the best all around.

I have two, but three is the magic number for me. Once I pay off the Busa in two years, I will be picking up a M109R. I will be replacing my GSXR750 (track bike) next season for one of the newer 600's with a slipper clutch. So for 2010, I should be sporting a Busa, M109R and a 600cc track bike...

Nice... I am hesitant about taking the Busa on the track. If I were to go down on it, I would be sick for sure! So I pimp this one out instead

I sold my 06 ZX10R last year. It was mostly stock, with -1 +1 gearing and an Area P exhaust (which I sold seperately). At 80mph in third gear, if I hammerd the throttle, it would wheelie! That bike was wild, I imagine the new is just insane.... keep on him about keeping careful on that thing.

On my 06 LE, which I did a 5 inch stretch on, I had the same issue in corners. Like someone else said, it was purely the amount of throttle I was giving it in corners. I was riding it the same way stretched as I did stock length. A little less throttle while turning will give you that control...

The BT002RS is a great tire, but it is made much more for the track than street. I currently run them on my 02 GSXR750 track bike, and I won't run any other tire for the time being. As for using them on the street, on your Busa, I would probably recommend another tire. I know you said you seldom...

I will be trailering up from Fort Worth, Tx. Leaving here Friday morning, to be there that evening. I bought my tickets already for the weekend, and wil be in section E. I will only be checking out the events on Saturday and Sunday, then heading home Monday morning.
