I had the peach cobbler last time too. It was awesome! When I was there It was Harleys parked out front. Which is understandable because by the time I'm done inside I couldn't reach the handlebars on a Busa!:rofl:

I passed through San Antonio yesterday and stopped in a place called Rudy's. They have the insane Bar-b-q. Anybody ever heard of them? I think they are also a chain but this was the original I believe.
I wanted to run stock class, the record I believe is 205. I won't be able to afford new tires and rims this year. I'll wait until next year to see if more clarifications come on the rule.

Southern California Timing Assoc. came up with a new tire requirement for bikes over 200MPH. The rule seems to be vague to me. It requires bikes over 200 to use race tires, although it does not give any specifics. But z rated tires no longer meet the requirement. The new rule is forcing me out...
