I wouldn't judge anyone for not wearing a helmet - the choice is yours. As I've said before, over here in the UK the choice is made for you. Now they're thinking of making it compulsory for cyclists to wear helmets just as motorcyclists have to. MAG (Motorcycle Action Group) are against...

Lovely looking bike. I thought about one of these before I bought the Busa but they seem to be more expensive than comparatively aged Busa's and I just couldn't stretch to buying one. Very happy with the bike I've got though and I can't think there's a hell of a difference performance wise...

One of the downsides to owning a black bike is you have to keep polishing the damn thing. I was using Simonez polish for a while but it tends to leave a powdery residue...Autoglym's in a different league...pricey though. :whistle:

Is it legal to filter through traffic on a bike in the US?

It would also be interesting to hear from folk on how much they are prepared to pay for a helmet. Over here in the UK we have stores like Aldi & Lidl that sell helmets for as little as £30, which is about $50...not sure I'd be prepared to go as low as that but it all depends on how much value...

Helmets are mandatory here in the UK and have been since 1973. Personally, I wouldn't get on a bike without one - though there are many in this country that would argue that it should be a matter of choice.???
