Thanks for the info. Something doesn't feel right about this bike. I may not know much, but I do know engines generally just don't "fail".

What could be some causes of engine failure? I'm looking at 2004 'busa perfect condition except the engine. No leaks, no overheating. Current owner has not taken it to the shop for analysis, so he claims he doesn't know what happened. Anybody with any thoughts or ideas what could have...
