    Motul 300v here for me. I wouldn't run anything but synthetic in a turbo. Resistance to heat break down is one of synthetic oils main advantages.

    APE heavy duty springs. They're a little more tricky to lauch with, but they hold over 470HP on mine. Oh and get a billet sproket cover with these springs or you will be replacing the stock one when it breaks.

    Just run a 6mm tap down the hole once you take the pair valve off and thread a bolt in the hole. Be sure to put a rag in the exhaust port and put some grease in the flutes of the tap to catch the metal shavings.

    Nice writeup, I like it. On a serious note, you REALLY need to lose those extensions. I can't believe your running a turbo with swingarm extensions. You're just asking for trouble. Extended arms aren't that much money and well worth the piece of mind. Just my .02

    Yours handled 7 psi because of the water injection. I've had 2 kits on stock motors and the head gasket let go on both. One of them had a nice safe tune by Motorhead. Other let go before I got it tuned. Go with a spacer and Cometic gasket for no worries.

    +1 on the goodrich lines and EBC HH pads. Got that plus Spiegler Rotors and they are awesome! 2 fingers stops with ease.

    Dump will give you best performance. I prefer full exhaust for a more stealthy approach but that's just my personal preference. If you don't mind the noise then go with the dump pipe.

    Mine comes in right around 6K Like I said it depends on the turbo. Wanna run a GT35R or GT40? You're looking at around 7 or 8K for full boost.

    You will lose a lot of power, up to 20 or so with a low boost stage one type system. And it only gets worse as the boost level rises.
