TUTORO Chain Oiler - Cheap as chips!

I know that many enduro riders and long distance tourers use the drip system and they swear by it. Instead of oiling the chain frequently they let the oiling system do the work. There are systems that start oiling only when the bike is running via electric valve or vacuum and then it...

    Full exhaust system weights???

Gen 2 Brock's CT Dual titanium @ 12.85lb. Double exhaust and under 13lb!!! I never weighed the stock exhaust but it felt like it weighed about 100lb. with both cans and manifold. Actually I didn't weigh my CT Duals either... I'm going with what Brock's website says.

    Bt 023 really bite

I started to write before I read your post! That's too funny. It was as if I was replying to your post. It took me a while (about an hour) to write the post because I was interrupted but when I finished, there you were. It's a great coincidence! :beerchug:

    Bt 023 really bite

I used to scrape my Sidi vertigo boots a lot, until my instructor told me to stick my heels up against the rear set "heel" bracket. If you can't feel the heel bracket then your foot is too far in front of the pegs. Many of us tend to hang the middle of our foot on the peg or rest the...

    Diavel at the Track

I was invited to try one here at Ducati Chile but haven't had time to do so. Maybe next week. They want US$35,000 for the Carbon red model. Hmmmm... wonder what my wife is going to say.

Brand new 2011 BUSA is totaled

Glad you're ok... I hope your family accepts the accident as "just" an accident. Some riders can never get back on another bike after an accident because of their family's negative response. My prayers served!

    Importance of good safety gear

I tell ya, the rest of the day was as if I was floating on air (kind of like if I was a shadow of myself). Everything was surreal. The cuddle and her falling asleep in my arms was all like a dream. Maybe because my brain got rocked. It was good non-the-less. Thank you!

Just Picked Up My First Busa!!! And a few questions!

+1... I do this with all my vehicles... Cars, bikes. Expanding the piston rings fully from the start is key.

How do you clean a mirrored shield?

What I do with my mirror finish shield is to wet a paper towel and stick it on the shield for about 5 minutes and you don't have to do any scrubbing... just use the same paper towel to do the initial cleaning and use a dry paper towel to dry/clean the shield. Works great for bug splatters...

1 officer killed, 1 hurt in Torrance police funeral procession accident

I know exactly where that is... I actually bought furniture from Thomas International. The nutrition store is probably Lindberg Nutrition. I lived in Torrance for 7 years before moving to Chile. I still have my house about a mile from the accident site(Maple & Plaza del Amo). Always sad to...

Just Picked Up My First Busa!!! And a few questions!

I have the Zero Gravity double bubble smoke shield and it shows the gauges without ducking... I'm 6'1" and there's more clearance than I need so it should work with your extra height. Hit "my garage" and see some pictures of my '09. There's a rear 3/4 view of the bike... that shows the...
