I have brochures for all suzuki models and could not find a matching silver colour from the various years litre bikes.
In my case I went with a carbon fiber fender and this really sets off the bike.
Should cost less than a hundred bucks to colour match an oe fender though.
The 2009-2010 GSXR1000 front fender will not fit as the lowest bolt hole is about a 1/2 inch off.
I bought a 2009 fender off ebay and have since installed the fender with a custom metal bracket ......so it fits now just fine however if you want to avoid this hassle try a 2008 or older style...
I have no interference at all with either brake/cluch levers....must be your lever angle as others have said.
Re the 'look" of the alloy spacers......I just painted the alloy spacers flat black and they fade out.
You really have to look for the spacers to see them.
I always keep an eye on ebay and have come across some nice, like new OE bodywork, tanks, ect.
The only problem is that you have to wait/hope that your colour is available.
If its winter...no problem....but if you are in a warm climate then the wait may be excruciating.

I dropped the front one inch (made an alloy spacer kit for the upper handlebar mount) and raised the back an inch by installing shorter dog bones.
I have no clearence issues with this set up and the bike handles much better.
Gen II Busa fender-what does not fit.
Just thought I would update this thread for others.
The 2009-2010 GSXR 1000 front fenders DONOT fit a Gen II busa.
I went and purchased a fender based on this thread and found that the bolts donot all line up.
There are 3 stainless bolts on each...
