03 with 45000 when 2, 3 and 5 gear got rounded. bent fork was the cause. 1500 to repair.

my 2 and 5 gear just went. $1500 to fix. 38000 miles on it 2003.

I do 80% of my riding on the highway to and from work. 1. Ride 5 to 10 mph above the flow. 2. Leave plenty for space between you and the next car. (so u can see road trash like tire caps; they are the worst). 3.Never be worried about moving over to let somebody pass. Do not let a car tailgate...

I find the busa is good for about 300 miles a day on problem. I have riden furture and I start to feel cramped. Rode 12000 miles this year without a mech. problem the reiaility has been great. Good luck
