well i was hopping to make it sunday.. BUT i was hoping julie was gonna call me and let me know what time sunday. (i wasnt able to get access to the computer to find out). so the crest was closed part of the way? im guessing it was the eastern part of it where the rain was i mentioned about...

well dude.. from what i heard from friends that live near the base of the mountains that the crest goes across.. she described it as a monsoon the other day.. 2/3 days ago.. then another friend saw all the lightning up there the other night also.. but hey im on crack.. i hope its not all dirty...

i dont wanna rain on all of yours parade.. but the plan is to ride the crest on sat and palomar on sunday.. they just got heavy rains in both locations. 2 days ago. the roads may be pretty dirty.  it usually takes about a week to be clean again. since u guys are meeting at d's on sunday morning...

the cops using hand held meters wont stand up in court.. when the manufacturer tests its under controlled conditions without outside interference of other noises. so unless they are hauling around a sound proof box and calibrated noise measuring devices.. well its`a waste of time..
