that makes sense, yes I have seen/smelt refineries, there are several in this province .. you hit it on the head, here in Calgary they want to build a sour gas plant and everyone is battling the province/city - "not in my back yard you bastards" ...

The refinining of oil to fuel is a big problem, I have a quick question if refineries are so few and far between how come more haven't been built over the past few years.
