It is the trans OF COURSE, dog gears are shot, now I am doing a Gen 2 engine swap.

Also I don't think it would that be unclogged would be the issue. Because I can leave it in second rolling around my neighborhood until I get to the main road and just turn right out still in second gear and punch it and then it does that jumping zing so I know the clutch was fully engaged then.

But I already rebuilt my master cylinder. A while ago. And I'm pretty sure it was cleaned out. I sprayed that area out pretty good with carburetor cleaner but I didn't get pressurized and close up what if I can run a wire through there or something

So needless to say if anyone knows anybody with a whole gen one engine with low miles let me know.

Well just left my buddy Hayabusa Ron's shop I let him ride it and he said guarantee at your transmission. But the weird thing is it doesn't now in first gear sometimes twice in first gear second gear and third gear super bizarre fourth on is just perfect so now I need to locate a whole new...

No only because it happens in second and third gear how can electrical only happen in certain gears?

Again with so many thousands of gen 1 hayabuses out there and even the one that I ride with my buddy Brian's has the same issue how is no one experiencing it and then fixing it and then telling what fixed it? This is so mind-boggling I can't even comprehend it I'm ready to sell it that's how bad...

Did this with the stock set up and I now have the Carpenter clutch mod with heavy springs and even the slave girdle.

But it's engaging fine, this happens after the clutch is fully engaged.

Entire fuel system is stock 02 never touched.

Mine never sits I ride all year even winter. When I rebuilt the slave I soaked it over night, blew it out too.

I only use the clutch to pull away when ripping, after that 2-6 is wham blam slam.

Mine is doing now in pretty much ANY gear.

YES but his is an 06 and does this too, we traded bikes and we BOTH felt it on each others lolol
