Curious why ... did these tires not meet your criteria? I've been hot on the Dunlop Q5S but couldn't afford ... should I take them off my list??

This is amazing tire nothing wrong and I like it, The reason I'm selling it is that I bought 190/55/17 Q5

That is a track tire for racing classes that require DOT legal rubber. At least that is what it is made for. I wouldn't run it unless that was my intention.
Thanks for that clarification. I thought the Q5S was the street version of the Q5

You are correct Sir, Q5s it is a street version. That's what the letter S means

Both the Q5 and Q5s are DOT legal tires. The Q5s does have extra water sipes on the edge of the tire while the Q5 is full slick on the edge. Both tires are designed for track day enthusiasts and dry performance. The Q5s are built different to be lighter and quicker transitions from left to right. It is not just a "street" version of the Q5. Not even close it is a very different tire all together. Below is a great article on both tires. They are kind of like the Q3 and Q3+.
