If you go in separate cars and they start some static then you could end up stuck with one of them and which ever one it is will probably bring your enjoyment on the trip down???

might want to stay away as maybe the time alone will give them the peace they need to make up or duke it out. either way they probably need their alone time.

however id love to go on a vacation like that. if they insist on you going...then bring the car and be prepared to enjoy the lake from a different perspective
