You can also use it to clean out your nasal cavity by sucking a bunch of saltwater into it and blowing it really hard in one nostril until it floods the nasal cavity and comes out the other nostril..

You get all kinds of crap out of there….

Really burns the first few times but then you get to enjoy the excruciating pain it provides
