Windows Virtual memory

Well, as the title says, how do you upgrade Windows Virtual Memory? I'm running a 1998(?) Gateway, intel inside pentium III, made for microsoft Windows 98... It's got XP on it now. Had it when I got it for free (THANKS HEAVYBUSA!!!!) Well, recently it's been telling me it's virtual memory is low... How do I remedy that?

To change the size of the virtual memory paging file
Open Computer Management (Local).
In the console tree, right-click Computer Management (Local), and then select Properties.
On the Advanced tab, click Performance Options, and under Virtual memory, click Change.
In the Drive list, click the drive that contains the paging file you want to change.
Under Paging file size for selected drive, type a new paging file size in megabytes in the Initial Size (MB) or Maximum Size (MB) box, and then click Set.
If you decrease the size of either the minimum or maximum page file settings, you must restart your computer to see the effects of those changes. Increases generally do not require a restart.

I always keep a small partition (usually 4GB) dedicated for the VM - MIN/MAX equal to partition size.

Of course we're still backwards out here. We have a "Click it or Ticket" enforcement, but then the laws out here allow you to have anyone (children included) ride in the bed of your pickup truck. Go think on that one
