Who Built This Turbo Kit?

Trying to figure out who might have built this turbo kit. Just got it for what I think is a really good price. Seller said it was a Velocity kit, and the dump pipe looks like the older Velocity style, but the plenum looks almost like a Hahn kit plenum. Anyone out there able to help?
I am new to turbo, but have been after one for a few years now.

It's neither a old Rcc or velocity.

Looks like an old mc express or ghetto kit as the charge pupe feeds the rear of the plenum.

The header may be Hahn but the rest of the kit is not. The plenum is not, the up pipe is not, and even though that might be a Super 16 or Super 20 Mitsu, there have been a lot of additions and mixing of parts here. I would recommend that the op have this installed by someone very familiar with turbo installs and tunes, there are other items missing and this needs to be gone over carefully and done right . . .

Looks like one I had way back by a guy called a guy called Ken Smith.
