Looking for one preferably near the quad cities (iowa/illinois border)

we're going to throw a turbo on one of these here busas see, and we wanna get that there air to fuels ratio correct and go fast, cause if you ain't first, yer last.

In that area I'd go with Schnitz. A good tuner is worth the drive.
