What is going on?

??? What is going on???
My busa is running fine, top gear on the highway between 140 and 160 the FI starts flashing and I loose all power to the engine for about 1 maybe 2 seconds, the tack drops to zero then back up to about 4k. Then the power comes back and the FI still flashes. I pull over turn it off check the code it reads -coo nothing wrong! It fires right up and down the road I go until I hit 140-160 again what is going on? still no error code. Any idea's
05 with 6200 miles pc3 K&N air filter and straight pipe shorties with baffels.

Yep, sounds fuel related. When you're asking for the bike to perform and use a lot of fuel, it doesnt. Check the filter, pump, but hopefully it's just a kink that makes shows itself when you get up there in demanding from the motor.
