Trans locked up

Gen 1 turbo busa. 500+ hp. Went for a couple hits yesterday and my transmission locked up. Bike got stuck in intersection. Had to remove chain to roll it to a safe spot. Anyone ever have this issue before? Clutch worked fine. Just wouldn’t go the bike would die. Thank you in advance.

Welcome and sorry to hear of this happening...

Now that it's home have you taken off any engine cases to check the clutch pack....

I take it the engine still runs and the issue is limited to the transmission?

Was any work previously done to the transmission to beef it up to accept that kind of hp?

Nice color. . . and your left bar end weight is gone... also the Left rotor and caliper are missing..
If the clutch is operating normally, sounds like something broke and is jammed between gears.
You will need to drain the oil and remove the sump pan, lay the bike on it's side, then get a light in there to visually inspect the trans gears etc.
