The smallest tank bag ever made.

I'm looking for a small tank bag or saddle bags. No more than about 1 liter in size. A tank bag that does not interfere with the gas tank filler cap. A handlebar pouch is no good cause that's where my GPS goes. Anybody know where I can get something like that? Any pics?
