\'THAT\' Vibration

I think I've said this before, so at the risk of repeating myself, here is the official Suzuki explanation for the vibration @4500-5000rpm. (in my own words)

All motor vehicles, including motorcycles, must pass an exhaust emmission test. The rpm at which this test is performed varies depending on where the vehicle is being tested. The majority of countries (and states) perform this test at approx. 4750rpm. In order to reduce the chance of failure the emu computer modifies the fuel injector performance at this rpm range. This results in a slight increase of vibration but should not alter the performance characteristics of the bike.

(A bit like a rev limiter, but in this case, an injection limiter).

Hope this helps put this one to bed :)
