Tested New Bikes

Tested two bikes at the bike show, found the gsxr very buzzey through the bars ,very quick when you keep it singing,z1000 was quite and smooth but didn't have that wow factor. If I was in the market for the new gsxr I would wait a year to let them sort out the teething problems because could not take that buzzing ,my hand was shot after 30 min test ride, also the lead rider kept shaking his hand so it wasn't just me

+1, parade laps are boring
The lead factory rider tends to frown upon passing them on one wheel.

BMW had one here 2 weeks ago.
I wanted to ride a couple, but I can tell about as much by sitting on a bike as I can cruising around at the speed limit.
No actual testing is allowed.

In Redbull's post it did say the word PERFORMANCE - Doesn't that mean to red line?????
How else would you know?

The lead riders where from no limits track days not the factory so it wasn't to slow, especially in the countryside ,in not talking 3 figures or on one wheel but it was enough,they know you want to give it some+You never got the sales pitch,at the show they had over 150 bikes for people to test ,10 of them where gsxr1000,
