swingarm ?

i was told that gsxr 600 swingarm fits on the hayabusa.does anyone know. or what others will fit. also does the older haybusa swingarm fit on the 08 hayabusa.

My understanding that the frame and swingarm are the same between gen 1 and gen 2 busas.

with the 600 arm though you have to run a 600 pivot

I think someone said Canadian Mike's undertails were modified 600 arms. I'M NOT SURE THOUGH !!

What would be the point of running a 600 swing? shorter wheelbase? or just cheap replacement for a busted one?

600 arms are usually stretched and provide more room to lower the bike since they don't have the box on top like the busas. They are usually reinforced with underbracing.

Problem with the 08 and stretching is the new tail design doesn't have as much room to lower, so I dunno if getting the 600 arm (for lowering more because of no box) would be worth it.

Canadianmike can mod busa arms and 600 arms.

I have a 0-6" CM swingarm. It's a modified 600 arm with underbrace. Shoot Mike a PM and he should be able to help you out.
