Just got my arm installed. was board and thought I wouls post a few pics.

Looks good man! Just curious as to why you didn't go with the no box mod and underbracing?

Well, a few reasons. In my opinion the box is there for a reason. Suzuki spends millions on r&d. I know the box mod would not do me any good. I do not need to lower it enough for the box to hit. and cost.. you are talking about a few hundred bucks for something I did not need.

As for looks.. got me there... I like the look of the no box mod and under bracing.. and also trying to keep the stock look (if it's possible

) with it being stock.


I know the no box mod works fine and have not heard of any problems. It's just me... If I ihad a 600 arm at the time I would of sent that.

How long did it take to get your arm back?

I was told 3 days.... took over 30 days. In the end it was worth it. Very well done. I also made sure my own arm was done. It may be quicker if you do a exchange.

Cost, more than expected.. a friend just about gave me a new 05 arm.

extend it $425
shipping $10
bearings and spacer $60
powder coating $85
misc stuff $65

still not bad to a new extended arm. Doug did a nice job, just expect it to take a little time.
