So I bought this a few weeks ago and putting it up for sale. What is a used one of these worth? I am thinking 100 bucks since they are 140 brand new? Yes, it is real and not a chinese copy. It has warnings in German/English and serial number on the bottom. It is in near mint condition with a few light scratches around it, none scratched completely through the paint. It must have barely been used from how it looks. I have no need for it because I have no luggage that will mount to it. Gonna put it on eBay probably and see how it sells.

SW-MOTECH's highly functional and elegant toprack features a strong, integrated-looking, lightweight aluminum design. Mounts alone or with SW-MOTECH Quick-Lock sideracks (available separately). The smart, multi-functional design enables the use of a Quick-Lock adapter plate (sold separately) to carry GIVI Monokey, Kappa, Hepco & Becker, and Krauser topcases. A GIVI Monolock topcase may be mounted on the Alu-Rack using the permanent-mount adapter plate included with the Monolock case.

Installs quickly using basic hand tools. No cutting, drilling, or welding of existing motorcycle components required. The Alu-Rack comes with a black powder coated finish and includes basic diagram-type instructions which may have small amounts of either English or German text (or both).

Not sure if you knew this or not, but in order to use the Alu-rack with luggage, you need to get the appropriate adapter plate for the brand of hard bags you have. For example, to mount a Givi bag, you need the following part which attaches to the rack you have.
