I've got a customer who just got hold of me for a set of Billet grips for his 'Busa... and noted that the 'Busa "is sometimes a strange animal when it comes to hand grips"
These grips are a complete billet replacement that fit a standard 7/8" or 22 mm bar and come with the various thropttke copnnections (I know they fit the GSXR1000).
So is there something different about the Hayabusa that would keep them from working?
